Stevens 12 Gauge Value

I have recently acquired a Savage Stevens Model 940A in excellent condition. It has a 2 3/4" chamber and a 36" barrel. I was just wondering if this gun has any real value other than the fact that its a joy to shoot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Blue Book lists them at around $110 in 100% condition, but you see them go on Gunbroker and others for up to maybe $140
Definitely a shooter and not a collector.

If you cant get 150.00 out of it I'll buy it for that! They go for 100-180 depending on condition, at the gun shows. Would love to have it if you decide to sell it Thanks and God Bless, Ken
