Scope mounts
« on: August 21, 2006, 10:46:52 AM »
What are my options for mounting a scope on my 744V?  I prefer not to have any gunsmithing work.

Thanks,

Jason

B-Square is one of the two that I have seen, The other is the Burris clamp on but it is not made any more they do show up on Ebay every now and then.

They are cheaper if you look for a dealer.

I know you say that you do not want any Gunsmithing done but the Burris mount like the factory does is only three holes drilled and tapped into the shroud, it is a very nice system.

It is the upper left mount on the Burris page.

Leupold used to make a set of rings that clamp on the ribs the DW's and the Colt Pythons.  I see them on ebay occassionally.
