Best scope for a .270win

I'm in the process of getting a Remmy cdl in .270..I havent decided on glass for it..I plan on shots from 50-300yds..I perfer american made but will entertain any sugestion..priced below $400.00...And good set of rings and bases to go with it...

Thanks for any advice...I'll be hunting hogs and deer...

Just got a Bush3200 5x15x50(269.00 from OZ) and a Bush 4200 4x16x50(439.00 from OZ). Both are great scopes. The 4200 is a bit brighter than the 3200. Both great scopes for the money.
Another route is the Cabela's Alasken Guide Scopes. Another great value.
I like both of these better than the other scopes in this price range.

You will have to pry my cold, dead hands off my Leupold 3-9x VX2 before I give it up. I love the versatility and user friendliness of them, and their relative economy.
Safety first
