HI,
Anyone know something about this bolt action rifle? One price book said $125 for poor and $175 for fair condition. I believe it is a Savager model 40 and has a lever just below and behind the bolt handle. It has a snauble forend tip and 3 shot clip. There is a striker knob that has to be cocked before shooting. The stock is in real nice shape, blueing good, bore unknown but suspect lousy. Thanks.
