I have a 15 inch encore barrel in 300 H&H that I am having accuracy problems with anything less than 180 grain bullets has anyone experienced this if so did you ever find the cause

What is the rate of twist in that barrel? It is not unusual for a barrel to prefer one weight of bullet over another, but powder choice and velocity can make a difference in whether a bullet stabilizes or not. Just stick with the 180's!
