Take one medium size roast.
Place in crock pot.
Cover with one quart of your favorite SALSA.
Add potatoes and carrots and any other favorite veggie.
Place in refrigerator over night to marinate in the salsa.
The next morning, plug in crock pot, turn on low, cook for 8-10 hours.
If you are in a hurry you can put a frozen roast and ingredients in the crock pot in the AM and it still works great.
This is my favorite roast recipe, so easy. Let me know if you like it and any variations. IT IS AS SPICEY AS THE SALSA YOU ADD. It is sooooo good!
