Welcome to GBO! Have you cleaned the ejector housing real good? If the ejector is missing the rim, it could be dirty or the latch spring could be broken. Ejectors aren't hard to work on if you're the DIY type, lots easier than doing a trigger job. Check out the FAQ and Help sticky, particularly the Ejector to Extractor Conversion for R&R, Cleaning and Lapping and Chamber Polishing for sticky ejection. Parts can be ordered from H&R, Brownell's or Numrich.

Here's related thread that has a pic of the ejector parts.

For the sticky case problem you might want to try to polish the chamber (that info can be found in the sticky) as for the extractor missing the case, it might be better for somone else to direct you to a solution as i have no experiance there.

Alright.. I cleaned her out really good... It will not eject 90 % of the time.. But i have a question for you guys with .223. When you load a round does the extractor catch the rim upon loading or does it drop right into the chamber?

Mine is an EJECTOR but it just drops right in.

An ejector claw will drop down out of the way when the barrel is opened all the way, if it's only part way open, you'll see the claw drop near the full open position. So if the action isn't completely broke open, the claw may catch the rim of the round being loaded. What's the second letter of the rifle frame serial number?

I think you lost or missed the lifter button, or the lifter button is stuck open, or the lifter button spring is missing.
