Great Service...
I called the factory last Friday to see if I could get my Encore walnut rifle stock replaced. I noticed I had a hairline crack right on the bottom of the pistol grip. lady said sure it back and they would replace it.
Sent out same day USP Priority Mail last Friday.
Door bell rang today Thursday and here is FedEx. My new stock already.
