Trigger work

I like my new Encore and can live with the heavy trigger pull but was wondering how much expertise it takes to adjust the weight.  Can any gunsmith do it or does it take an expert?  I would prefer to take it to a local gunsmith if  it could be done locally.  I live near Albany, NY.  if anyone knows of someone.  Thanks,  Al

I bought a Trapper Spring Kit from Natchezz Shooting supplies and changed the trigger spring myself (I did not change the other springs in the kit).  Cost was $10.

SSK did mine. 2.5lbs, short, sweet, back in a week.
