Weight of an XP-100 action?

Anyone know the weight of an XP-100 action?
What I am wondering is how difficult to build an unlimited gun and make the 4.5 lbs. limit.

I'm not exactly sure of the weight limit in NRA (I think 5lbs) but in IHMSA the weight limit for an unlimited gun is now 6lbs and unlimited any sight is 7lbs. So no worries about weight in IHMSA.
Hope this helps some.

That is great news to me! Is this a '06 rule change, as the '05 rules on the ihmsa site list 5 lbs as the limit?
