Are you zeroing with the rear sight bottomed out? If not you should be. I use the improved battle sight and have for years. Have not run into this problem before, however am not familiar with Olympic arms products. Although my instructer certifications have expired with the state of Tx. since I retired 12 years ago, I was certified by state to instruct in what was called assault weapons,especially ar15, mp5 ect. and have sighted in dozens of ars but, didn't run into this. I would call the company and ask them, but first would check myself again. Even with 20 years of tactical training experience I would sometime miss a step on a weapon I was very familiar with, at which time I would start from the beginning, and run through it again. As I said. set windage with rear sight bottomed out to its lowest adjustment. Leave it there, and start over adjusting your elevation with front sight only. If weapon is of good quality, and set up right, your desiered sight setting should be attainable. If unattainable, call factory.
