300 Remington SAUM

      I just bought a new barrel for my Encore in 300 Rem SAUM. A friend of mine was telling me that this caliber needs to be loaded down considerably for the Encore. Anyone hear of this before. Any input would be appreciated.

Welcome to GBO!!!! Yes, I would keep the pressure at a moderate level. Instead of repeating everything, look at the wsm thread, which deals with this. SSK is a sponsor here & I would e-mail them also & get their input.
