Ruger 22/45, any grip options on those, they are so skinny!?

Thinking of getting a Ruger 22/45 plastic framed .22 MK. 3.  But, unlike a real .45 ACP, the grips are molded solid, it is a little on the thin side for me.  Are there any options to widen it, like a rubber wrap around type used on Tokarev pistols?

My hands are pretty big (exactly why I liked the 22/45 to begin with) and this sleeve makes for a nice fit.

I havn't seen any.  I didn't buy the 22/45 for that reason.  It just didn't feel right.  It was less expensive but I just couldn't do the grip thing.
