Switchback differences?

Had my bow shipped to Germany (I'm stationed there) over a month ago.  It still hasn't arrived.  So just to cover my bases I'm thinking about a new one with the insurance money if mine doesn't come in.  I see there is a Switchback XT and a Switchback LD.  I checked the specs and it seems the LD is a "long draw" model with longer draw lengths possible.  It also has a longer brace height than the XT (7.5 vs 9).  What benefit or drawback would there be to buying the LD over the XT or the other way around?

I have not looked into it but I would say the main reason is the length of your arms. My draw length is 31" and I use a 1" release loop to get the extra 1" I require on my Matthews.

You will loose apprx. 20 fps for 1" of brace ht.(40 fps) I HAD the LD and traded for the XT.

WEll the LD I have heard is stable and a good shooter. But so is the XT. But most importantly shoot them and more if u can. I shot the Xt and personally didnt like the way the Cam rolled over, so i bought the 05' switchback. But many people like the XT so try diff bows, then make your dicision.
