What Calibre?

That is a nice rifle!  What calibre?

I have a .303 that was a commercial sporter conversion, from the UK.  The barrel is sewered, so I want to do something with it.  I have an offer from a UK trained gunsmith, to do a .35WCF like an English medium sporter.  I havn't jumped at it as I like the idea of a martini BP target rifle.

I've selected my new calibre for the martini.  I'm having it done in .375 Flanged Nitro Express (2 1/2")  I'll use .30-40 Krag brass, or .303 Br. if I'm running "short".  When Im running black, I can call it .38 Rem-Hepburn, or .38-72.
