Where can I hunt in Central Texas

I'm currently stationed at Ft Hood, TX and want to know about local (within 3 hr) nuicance hog hunting opportunities/locations. Also  any special regulations, or advice about hunting hogs or other nuicance game. Please e-mail me at "treavors_dad@yahoo.com"

hey i've not found any hog hunting here yet but i'm looking for a place . if you need a hunting buddie let me know i just got to hood 2 weeks ago (3rd acr) and i need sombody to hunt with. i hear deer on base is good but i've not heard about hogs.

I know that they are in the area but I can't help you out. I did know of someone up that way and if I can get in touch with them I will send them your info. Never know.

Mitchell - What unit are you with? I'm with 4th ID. I've got another buddy in my unit that also wants to team up hunting, maybe we could all work something out this season.

3rd ACR 1-3 A-trp . i live right off old iron sides just before 16th street . pm me and i'll send you my cell # , 3 rd  ACR doesn't have any brads yet so my working days end about 15-1600 .

 My first post here been trolling for years. I will be working with you soon 3rd ACR I get there in Oct. Its home for me so I should be able to get a few places to hunt. Deer season starts next weekend and thats where everyones focus will be. I also have intel about some hogs on post. I am looking forward to getting back to Texas and just in time for Deer season.

74D here, I will say in my defence before I get harassed I have always been Cav except this recruiting detail. I wont be on here much for the next two or three days, The movers will be here packing up. I should be easy to spot I wear a scuba bubble. I'll keep it on for a few when I first get there so you can holler at me. I know why a 74D Diver (its a left over from my wilder years). Hold the fort down guys Ill be there in another week.
