IMR 4895 is a faster powder the IMR 4064. Their performance in a particular rifle of a particular caliber can vary as a function of the chamber dimemsions and will also vary by bullet weight. Generally speaking the heavier the bullet weight the slower the powder needed for accurate results. My .243 loves IMR 4064 for 70 grain bullets (varmint load) and it likes IMR 4350 for 100 grain loads. IMR 4350 being a slower powder. I don't load for 7mm except for my 280 Remington which also likes IMR 4350 woth the 140 grain pellets I use.
