This post is over 2 years old. This member has been banned for improper trading practices, came back under a new user name and got caught doing it again and is currently banned under that name as well. This is a dead thread.

He was even brave enough or in my opinion stupid enough to screw me on a deal. He sold me a supposedly NEW IN BOX scope and ended up shipping me a used scope NOT in it's original box and then tried to claim it was just a mistake and that someone else had gotten the NIB scope I bought so he couldn't ship it to me.

Several other members have reported being cheated by him as well either by items not as described or not shipped at all. He claimed to be an LEO but one member living near him found out he is in fact a school teacher. The only way he got what he bought was by explaining that the buyer now knew where he lived and worked and unless he wanted a personal visit it would be wise to ship the merchandise. This guy is a real piece of work.
