LOW WALL RIMFIRE CONVERSION
«

Does anybody do work on low wall rimfires? I have a 32 rimfire with a good action and a bad barrel I'd like to convert to centerfire.
A 25-20 or 32 Miller maybe. I have a .22 so I'd like to something a little different.

The folks that make the new Ballards and Win 1885 also do restoration work. They may be able to help you.
If my memory is correct, the rf/cf conversion was discussed in Single Shot Rifles by DeHaas.

Lee Shaver, in Iantha, MO, is well known for single shot work. Iantha is in southwestern Missouri about 25 miles north of Joplin. His web site is:

I'd be surprised if he couldn't do this conversion for you.
