Took the action off my new 700BDL 300mag wood stock and when I reassembled my accuracy went to hell so I'm assuming I didn't tighen the screws to what they were, what should they be? Thanks.

That rifle needs to be bedded, then the torque won't matter. In the mean time, just experiment with a torque wrench to see where it shoots the best. Also make sure you're not binding up on the magazine or anything when you put it back together.

Be sure the mag box seats in the action correctly. Some rifles will have washers between the trigger guard assmbly and the inletting cut. They need to be tthere and in the correct place.. When re-assembling the rifle tighten the front screw first the rear last. The front screw needs to be pretty tight with the rear screw a bit less.. It may take a couple of shots for the barreled action settle back into it's inletting... But Nobade is likely correct.. few are the factory rifles today wearing wood that would not benefit from a bedding job...
