Hey Fatttdaddy,
Congratulations!!!  I have one I've never hunted with.  I have a permit that lets me hunt with it all season long because of a spinal injury.  Seems like I read somewhere that we can hunt with them this year instead of a regular bow throughout the entire season?  I could be wrong but regardless, I should go out and try this.  I learned to hunt as a child with an old recurve bow I bought with tobacco cutting money.  I used to shoot pretty well I guess but I couldn't hit a house with one now it's been so long.  Before I take this crossbow I have out, I think I am going to put a red dot sight on it.  I'm not real hip on these pins.  I never used sights on a bow I've ever owned because I didn't learn that way but I tried to shoot a friends' bow a few years back with some pins and it was downright embarrassing. :-[ :-[
