Can any of you give me any info about getting a decent sausage press. We have been using a grinder to stuff sausage but it seems to make it a bit to fine. Any info would be great.

I started out with the small stuffer like grizzly sells, and it worked great until I started doing lots of pepper sticks.
Then I wore out the gears, plus a replacement metal set.

Then I went to the Cabelas model, and love it!
It does everything I need, and does it easier.
If I were to start over, I would go straight to this model

I am Sure there are many alternatives, but this works great for me!
