There has been some discussion about them over at Rimfire Central.com.  Check the Misc Rimfire forum and/or Open Rimfire forum, IIRC.  From what I've read, they seem to be regarded as pretty decent rifles with above average accuracy.

The reason I ask is because my local gun shop has a used one for $219.00.  Looks like a pretty nice rifle and it has a Simmons 3X9 scope on it.  The rifle looks to be in good shape and if I am not mistaken they are going to, or already have quit importing them under the Charles Daley name.  I think they are going to have the Remington name from now on.

Looks like $219.00 isn't such a good deal after all for a used one.

That seems like a very good price.

$219 for a used one seems very high.  I recall seeing them new for around that price before Remington took them over.  Perhaps someone is trying to capitalize on a discountinued rifle;  "get it now before they're all gone"

Even with shipping and a transfer fee (if applicable) you may come up to eithier side of $200, but it will still be new.
