Left is a Hen & Rooster Stag, Upper is Schrade Walden that belonged to my father, Right is a Case burnt bone I believe.

The Hen and Rooster and the Schrade are nice knives.  Nice pic, BTW.  I've a couple of different ones, but my current favorite trapper is  the yellow handled, single bladed CV case.  Much better knife than the two Queen's I had of the same type, where both the backsprings broke.

It's pretty hard to beat a Case, but Queens are generally well thought of now days.  When I was a kid we didn't want anything but a Case, a Schrade, or a german made knife.

Those two Queens were knives I bought last year :(.  Add those  two to that crappy Mountain Man that luckily I bought off someone(NIB) that need money so I didn't have to pay full price, have pretty well soured me on Queen.  Their HT on the D-2 they use isn't that great either, although it's a heck of a lot better than 420; just not
the best job of treating it.  My next folder will be a custom job..tired of most of the junk many(not all) of the factories put out.
