can you buy just a barreld action?

hey everyone I just got turned on to one of these rifles at bass pro today and I was wondering. Can you buy just an action or barreled action from anywhere? I ask because I really like to customize my firearms (thanks to my ruger 10/22) and I really like the thumbhole stocks on gunstocks inc but I would rather build it instead of buy a rifle and have an extra stock to get rid of.

Welcome to GBO! No one sells new frames, but you get one used, H&R sells new barrels fitted to your frame, used barrels and frames can be bought here in the classifieds, ebay has a lot of barrels and stocks regularly.
