Winchester model 73 original

Hi guys
Just finished disassembling, cleaning the gun and rebuilding the set trigger for an original 73.
No drawings, I just winged it. I never saw so much machinery in a gun.
My father bought this 73 in a junk shop in Vermont in the fifties when I was a kid. It's a special order rifle with nickel plate and a stock with beautiful figure in the walnut. Came with a tang sight and three rounds in the butt plate storage hole. Fine shape, now eat your hearts out, it cost $20. I bought the reloading dies and some shells two days ago and loaded some black powder rounds. It spoke for the first time in at least fifty years. This may become my new favorite. Any one else still shoot the originals?.

I recently got an orignal 73, made in 1882 in 38 WCF. I loaded BP shells and shot 100 of them the first day out. Nothin like it! My shooting buddies think I'm a little off but obviously someone out there knows what I am talking about.
