This will seem like a dumb question...but here goes.
I've always loaded my cases directly from my scales pan. Normally, goes without incident...maybe one screw up spill out of 100 rounds.
Anyway...never used a funnel.
Well I'm going to start loading some shells with a smaller neck, and am starting to think the funnel might help.
Was thinking about the Lyman powder funnel (combo pan/funnel).
I'm guessing these things work not by going inside the case, but by just keeping a seal of the rim to the funnel.
Are they fairly bullet proof, or do you get grains of powder spilling when you remove the funnels (Not just the lyman...anything?)
