The Gibbs cartridges are basically "improved" [Ackley] improved cartridges. If you're familiar with how cartridges are "Ackley improved" mostly with with 40-degree shouklders, imagine those cartridges with the shoulders moved forward leaving a shorter neck than would be on the '06, .25/06, .270 etc. Based on the .30/06-.270 cases, once they're Gibb's improved you have cartridges with the absolute maximum capacity they are capable of.
A company out of Laramie or Casper WY makes custom ammo, and I believe firearms. Their ammo often have the name 'Hawk' after them. Check out the .338 Hawk, .375 Hawk, .416 Hawk, etc.
