New (old) 12 ga
« on: October 31, 2006, 05:27:00 AM »
finally found a used 12 ga pardner with a full choke barrel. For some reason in my area all I can find are modified chokes. took it out the other day and fired a box of remington  extra long range 6's through it. cant wait to find a turkey within 35 yards!

Those fulll choked 12s usually are great at harvesting turkeys. I have used one for years and now also at times use a 10 gauge. Only problems I have found is that at times it seems like the 10 (with hevy loads) is trying to kill at both ends. Good luck. Post pictures.

Will the 12 gauge barels fit the 10 gauge frame or the 20 gauge frame? Thanks-Jack.
