recoil pads

Looking for opinions on the differences between the Limbsavor recoil pad and the Decelerator recoil pad as far as reducing felt recoil.

Have installed both types of pads on customer's guns, large caliber.  Not much difference in the reduction of felt recoil.  The customers were very happy with the results.
Mostly personal preference.  They are both made of a Sorbathane Rubber.  Rifles should not stored on the butt pad for long periods of time as this may distort them.

Both are very sticky, I use Kick Eez Slick Eez on my Limbsavers, works very well.

I have installed both on different rifles.  Without a doubt the limbsaver reduces felt recoil much more than the decellarator.

I agree with cal50 in most points. They are very similar and I have used both. I find the Decelerators a little easier to install(they grind a bit easier) but both function about the same. The decelerators can be had with a hard and slick plastic insert at the heel(top) to keep them from hanging on the coat. I also like the selection of styles provided by Brownells..
