TC ENCORE MISFIRES

JUST PUT A 30-06 BARREL ON MY ENCORE BUT I KEEP GETTING MISFIRES! BEFORE THIS I ON
LY USED IT AS A 209X50. READ THAT FIRING PIN MY BE DIRT FROM THE BLACK POWDER!!      ANY SUGGESTIONS

Are you using reloads or factory loads?

Do you have a hammer extension on your Encore? If you do, take it off. I have personally seen hammer extension cause many a misfire.

If it's the hammer extension issue, then that's probably the fix. If you are using reloads, please post as that will generate a few more questions.
