Yugo sks

I ordered a yugo sks after seeing one and noticed its a heavier gun than the chinese sks's I'm impressed with the overall quality and I had to have one before the supply runs out. I also noticed that the Albanian sks's look like their all gone I ordered one of those too I hope I get it now. I guess I waited too long to get one.                                   BigBill

For the guys who have C&R's Century has yugo ufixms for $80 missing small parts not bad if you want a shooter.

My Yugo fixem up $79 from century came today not bad its  model 59 no gernade launcher awesome camp/shooter/plinker/beater/truck gun what ever you want all it needed is some rebluing and a safety lever a $5 part so its still under $100 for an sks. Since some prices went up lately on these guns thats not bad. But I heard that model 59's are rare too.

I got a couple of the yugos that looked unfired for 129 each. I really like them a lot. Cheap to shoot and somewhate accurate for what they are. I started handloading for them but i need to find some gi cases before i really get into it. Results with winchester brass is promising so far. I am too used to loading for my M-14. These are a little different.

The prices are going up on the Yugo sks's their $169 wholesale for excellent condition now and SOG was out of them last call I made. These seem to be more machined than the chinese ones. And the first one I just recieved the bore is good the bluing is a little less than what i usually buy but the overall condition of the gun I'm happy. I ordered another one in excellent condition and have another ufixemup $79 yugo sks coming too they won't be around long or for this price too. I'm sure all the yugo's will be all gonzo soon. So we had runs of russian, chinese, romanian, albanian and yugo sks's and what will be next?? Maybe poland sks's?? As these countries all buy AK's they dump the sks's for sure and we can get some great guns at great prices and their are some that don't agree but I was one of them too till I shot one and was hooked on this little plinker more fun than a 22 for sure you remember your first 22 right?? The endless fun with cheap ammo well now the same cheap fun can be had with a larger bore and still the same cheap ammo prices. Just take out some empty soda cans and let the plinkin begin. If you don't have one trust me try one and you will see the fun I'm talking about. Don't let these great deals go by they ain't like the santa or the easter bunny and come every year this is a one shot deal and once there gone the price will be higher if you can find one.              BigBill
