FATTTTDADDY, the 243 draws blood!!

The H&R scored some "camp meat" today!

 A little skipper got a little too close and the .243 Ultra I bought from Fattttdaddy just plumb went off!!!  Man you NEVER mentioned its tendency to do such a thing!! ::) ::)

 Shes little but she will sure eat good. ( I done think she will last the month. Actually, I dont think she will even need to be frozen!!! Its back straps for dinner and belly loins with breakfast!! :o :o

I always try to shoot one fawn/yearling every season, usually a button buck if I can catch one since they are dispersed to someone elses land anyway.  Nothing like fork tender backstrap and smoked yearling hams.  BTW, nice job on the neck shot! ;)

 CW you know that 243 will not kill a deer! you have got to have 30-06 or
 Bigger. that's what ever body But we know different all you gotta do is
 put the pill right behind the ear, and down they go. Wish I had been there to help eat
