reusing sabots after pulling a load?
« on: November 20, 2006, 10:40:04 AM »
Can I reuse the sabot after I pull my breechplug and push out the load?  I would think so but thought I better ask.  If so should I line the rifling marks back up with the rifling or with a unmarked part of the sabot?  I've only had to do this once and I still have that dang sabot kicking around.

Shoot it at the range or use it for a fouling shot. Personally I have never shot one but I don't think it will hurt a thing. Just don't use it on a trophy buck. :)
