If your not keeping the fur then just about any bullet will do, the closest thing I found to fur friendly is the 60 gr sierra HP, the other bullets I tried were in the 75 gr range and they mostly left fist size holes.
Your best option is to send your action is and get a 204 ruger barrel fitted, I got rid of the 243 to buy the 204 I am comming to my second season with it and I would not go back.
