My Baby..

This is my baby,i have had it for four years and it has never let me down.I havent used my slug gun in four years.Its a S&W 629V-Comp with a 5 inch barrel.Im 12 for 12 with it so far.thats with deer.

Nice Weapon.  What caliber is it? Also what ammo are you feeding it to get such excellent results?

its a 44 magnum and i just use the federal 300 grain cast cores.i have tried alot of different ammo but i wanted something that would work great on deer and when i get around to it boar.

Yes---great handling gun,too!That compensator works! I have an Optima 2000 ( for fast target aquisition) on mine and use Hornady 240 gr XTP hand loads with 24.0 gr H110 for still hunting deer. Gun and bullet work like a charm. I limit shots to around 50 yards, and still hunting shots are rarely even that far because of brush, etc.
