Who can recommend a good smith to do a trigger job on my G2 or Encore?

I had my G2 Contender done by E. Arthur Brown Co. in Alexandria, MN last spring.  The price was $61 including shipping from them back to me.  http://www.eabco.com/index.html

do it yourself, go to mike bellm's website and order the spring you want.  He has step by step directions and it is very easy, it only took me 30 minutes to put in a stronger hammer spring and adjust the trigger.

He, his name and site have been banned from this one forever. He was once a paid advertiser at this site. Rather than tell us how good he was he was only able to spout foul things about every other person in the TC support business. I tried repeatedly to get him to follow the rules. He refused saying that him being here was the ONLY reason this site even existed in spite of the fact it had been up and running long before him and the TC forums are but a small part of the entire site.

I refunded him the full amount of money he had paid even tho he had only two months left to go in the contract and kicked him out. He and his followers then jumped into a campaign to smear me personally and this site in every venue they could. It resulted in several others being kicked off here.

Quite frankly if the conversationa regarding him don't end again soon some more are going to be leaving as well. I'm tired of it.

If you need further proof check to see how many folks never got back what was sent to him both product and cash and the long lead times for those who do manage. I have no personal experience in that regard but have sure read a LOT of such reports having to do with events leading up to him filing bankruptcy.

He is NOT the kind of person I would ever again do business with and I will not have further discussions of him on this site. So if any of you wish to be removed from active membership here just keep it up and I will oblige you.

Bill,

I, being one of the newer members, never knew "the story". So, now I know.

Just a thought, but have you considered making a permanent post of this somewhere so when this question is ask, a member could just refer a "newbie" to the post?

It really would answer a lot of the "why's".

Dave.

Not my place to tell you not to do business with him, only to say that I personally never will again and that I will NOT have discussions of him or his work on this site. How you spend your money is not my business, what we talk about here is.
