Who is making Winchester's shotguns?

Is Winchester making them or do they outsource them and put their name on them?

USRA used to make the 1300...saw one at walmart recently...
and at local gun shows
Browning makes all the other shotguns in japan I believe
I love the old winchester 101....great old gun
and the model 21...cant afford that
and the best they ever made was the model 12
I shoot berettas and remingtons...

Actually Browning does not and never has made anything. They just import stuff someone else makes. Miroku is the manufacturer in Japan that makes both Browning and Winchester guns coming from there.
