I am so very sorry to hear about your Dad.  You are right, he's in a better place, now.  I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I lost my Dad on Christmas Eve a couple years back. Not that there ever is a good time for it to happen but Christmas eve has to rank right up there as one of the worst.

Longjohn ,

sorry to hear about your loss, lost mine on september 30 and he was my best friend ,we went on alot of fishing trips and such several times a year, he was my go to guy when i needed to talk. Definitly my hardest holiday season yet. Keep your chin up brother and think of the good things you shared.  Im from Maryland as well.
