Diamond Matsan Shotgun

Has anyone heard of or know of anyone who has a Diamond Matsan shotgun?  I won one in a 20g last night at a WU Banquet. Its a semi-auto, nothing fancy by any means.  Very plain looking.  They are made in Turkey.  Was wondering if its worth keeping or just selling.
