OT Anyone having trouble Searching?

I've tried a couple time Nothing, Says I'm not allowd to search. I've logged in and out also.

Search is still disabled until Matt has rebuilt the search indexes, he was only done with 25% last night, there's over 600,000 posts that need to be done, he should have it done by the end of the week if all goes well. When you do use it, be sure use the advanced search and to uncheck "search all" and then choose the board you wish to search so it doesn't try to search the entire site which will time out before it's done.

I wonder why it almost always takes me 2 or 3 tries to even get on the forum.  I have a DSL connection but my computer errors out before I can get on.

Swampman, log out, then log back it and see how it works, I don't have a bit of problem since the upgrade, with some of the usual net congestion occasionally,  but the site it super fast, as fast if not faster than all of the other sites I visit regularly.
