located a win.100 243win.semi auto.in very good condition for 425.00.is this a fair price?dont know if it was serviced by the recall on the firing pin.any other recalls or isues with this model?overall the gun looked very nice on the metal,decent on the wood.action appeared to be excellent,not worn.dont know if its pre 64 or not.was gonna buy it on the spot but thought id research it first.to see if it has problems like the remington autoloaders.wanted to use it for called in coyotes,occasional 200yd. or less deer hunting.
is their issues with reloading for the gas system on certain powder burn ratings that you need to use?read on another forum that a guy had a problem with the extractor ripping off the rim of cases.he diidnt get a answer on it.
