The first Pan American held in Sao Paulo, Brazil is now in the record books. This was the first match in Brazil greater than 40 rounds; thus, several new (60 round) records were shot. 9 Americans (8 shooters & the lovely Ms. Irene) were there & we all had a great time! Rich Hawkins was the Pan Am's first Man of Steel. (Traveling to/from Brazil with weapons was much easier than we had anticipated. The Ram Club did a great job running the match & getting us in/out of the country.) Suggest everyone start saving their $$ to attend the next one in 2005. See the July issue of the IHMSA News for full details. Steve
