2006 F-150 problems in snow/salt states?
« on: February 03, 2007, 01:30:07 AM »

Just a heads up if you own one.

Took mine in for it's second oil change and asked them why I was having so much road slop coming up onto the engine. Did I have some kind of a flap missing under there?

"Nope. We have 3 other 2006 in the shop right now same thing."

This is the 4th or 5th F150 I've owned and only one with this prob. The salt spray going to cause probs in the engine area and I'll have to steam it this spring. Will be jury rigging something by the front left tire to keep the spray down  :-\
