S&W and Thompson Center Merger
« on: December 25, 2006, 03:23:55 PM »
S&W recent acquired TC.  Please see:  http://www.shootingtimes.com/swtc_121806/.

What does this mean for Smith, TC and us as consumers?  Will those boycotting Smith now extend it to TC?

This subject is being discussed in the TC forum but I thought it would interesting to consider it here.  A number folks who visit here may not visit the TC forum.

Merry Christmas!

Said everything I need to say over there on the T/C area.  ;D

But i will add, I never boycotted S&W and never intend to.

I was under the impression that the boycott ended when S&W was bought out by Saf-T-Hammer Corp.  in May of 2001.
