JJ what's up with the ban on caged hunts in R.S.A.

JJ,

I read in my local paper that R.S.A. has banned caned hunts for dangerous game.  Is this true?  The article I read was vague as to what the ban really was.  In one part they were talking about raised lion for hunting, and then fenced hunts and no species’.  You must have a handle on this.
