Is the PM system down?

Nothing will go out of my outbox.  Does anyone know why this happens?

No the PM system is not out of order. I've both gotten and send PMs tonight. Dunno what to tell you is the matter. I suggest you clear your cache or temporary internet files and all cookies and then log back in and try again. If that doesn't work Matt will have to get involved as I can't tell you what more to do.
