Just buy the new Bisley parts (gripframe, grips, trigger, hammer) and chnge them over. Pretty easy to do. The griprame may require a bit of fitting to get the sides flush with the cylinder frame but not a hard task. If it's to be blued, you'd need to get it refinished afterwards, stainless just a polish to match the gun's finish. Not a hard thing to do at all. Brownell's has the parts for sale (except the stainless grip frame) and Ruger will sell the gripframes. Get the grips from ebay.
