What would replacement Walnut stocks for the Rem 7615 cost??

Anyone know what the average cost would be for replacement Walnut stocks for the Remington Model 7615   .223 Pump Action Rifle? Is changing the stocks a difficult thing to do?

I really don't know but if your willing to finish it yourself and do a bit of sanding it will be substancially cheaper. I would assume Remington is using a standard 7600 receiver and so the stocks should interchange. A call to big green would get you a price on a factory stock while any of the stock making company such as Boyds, GreatAmerican and Wenig (in Lincoln, MO) can help with a semi finished.. Some of these even advertise drop in stocks and that should work well with the 7615..

 An 870 20 ga stock should work too. E-Bay is a good source for pulloff stocks. Or you could ask around online and see if someone wants to trade a wood stock for your plastic one.
