a friend of mine called in tonight and gave me a nice peepshight, dont no where it is made but it has the  name sharp's on it iwould say it is for a target rifle. it fits on a dovetail it could be adappted to fit the .38/55 target rifle or buff classic. any one seen this sight befor it is very high qualty made out of tool steel.

Wow, that's quite a hunk of machining!! I think I've seen one somewhere, but dunno where or any specifics!

tim -marv if i had the .38/55 target  h&r i would get a small block made to match the dovetail on the sight and the  screw holes on the barel. as i said it is quite heavy for its size but  you would never nock it  out of wack lol.

Bernie, Brownell's has 3/8" rimfire dovetail stock that would work, just need to be drilled and counter bored. ;)
